The leader of India’s online fashion commerce, Myntra has been stylizing the Indians through its personalized shopping experience. It offers more than 350 Indian and International brands online.
Other than unleashing the fashion potential of its customers, Myntra also focuses on the growth and development of its employees. Myntra’s learning portal for its employees lacked a human–centric design, leading to an inconsistent user interface, a fractured information architecture and poor navigation features. The employees wanted intuitive user-experience.
We kickstarted the tweaking by holding a survey to know the reasons behind low engagement rate of employees on the platform. Firstly, the design was complex. Due to this, users considered it as a hustle that hindered their workflow. So, we focused on using an employee-centric approach in the revamp process. Secondly, the portal failed to reflect the brand-consistency. This required a UI that was consistent with the brand image.
The revamp promises to enhance the learning spirit and welcome more and more participation in the courses.
Note: This is a referral project. We were not commissioned directly by Myntra to redesign their portal.
