Responsibilities

• Client Account Ownership: Manage key client accounts end to end, building strong relationships and ensuring strategic alignment, trust, and smooth communication across all touchpoints.
• Client Onboarding & Retention: Lead onboarding of new clients, ensure smooth project kick-offs, and maintain long-term relationships by consistently delivering value and strong service.
• Briefing & Internal Coordination: Translate client goals into clear, actionable briefs and coordinate with internal teams including creative, strategy, and tech to ensure seamless execution.
• Campaign & Project Management: Oversee ongoing campaigns and projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines are maintained, and feedback loops are managed effectively.
• Content Marketing Understanding: Apply strong knowledge of content marketing, platform trends, and brand-relevant formats to guide client discussions and internal teams on what works best.
• Performance Insights & Optimization: Review campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and collaborate with teams to improve future strategies and output.
• Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, address client concerns proactively, and resolve issues with a solution-oriented and client-first mindset.
• Pitch, Proposal & Agreement Development: Develop pitch decks, presentations, and proposals by coordinating internal inputs, and support drafting and reviewing client agreements to ensure clarity on scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercials.
• Client Growth & Commercial Discussions: Identify upsell opportunities, recommend new initiatives, and participate in discussions around pricing, scope, and deliverables to support business growth.
• AI Tools Knowledge: Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and similar platforms to support research, ideation, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
