Axis Bank is the third largest private-sector bank in India offering a comprehensive suite of financial products.
Axis Bank's Internet Banking portal (exclusively for its employees) lacked in visual appeal, information flow architecture and element prioritization.
The native design of the portal focused more on the unnecessary information and advertisements. Since they considered the platform as the beta version to the rolled out product for general public, the target audience was not just the employees. Therefore, the design needed a generalized customer centric experience with an easy navigation.
With an approach to declutter the UI by removing unnecessary elements, we formulated a
minimal design with a multi-lingual user experience.
More focus was brought on the essential Internet Banking Service interactions for a smooth information architecture.
The redesign is promising enough to increase the reliability of the platform.
